This year’s event is scheduled for Monday, August 20^th, following the general conference key note address by Astronaut Jim Lovell, commander of the Apollo 13 mission.  The G100 Forum will include a half day program with a private lunch scheduled before and a reception following the event.  Attendees will have plenty of time to participate in the remainder of the ILTA conference, which extends through Thursday, August 23^rd.
